We chose servant leadership because true leadership is about serving others first. As Jesus taught in Matthew 20:26-28, “Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant.” At Restore Collective, we lead by example, putting the needs of others ahead of our own. Servant leadership isn’t about titles or power- it’s about guiding, supporting, and empowering those around us to grow, succeed, and live with purpose.
