We’re so grateful you chose Restore Collective. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During high-volume periods, including promotions or holidays, processing times may extend slightly. We’ll always do our best to keep things moving and appreciate your patience during peak seasons.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery timeframes begin once your order has shipped.
United States
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
International Shipping
International delivery times vary by destination and selected shipping method. While most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days, customs processing may impact timing and is outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order total.
For international orders, duties, taxes, and import fees are determined and paid for at checkout.
Subscription Orders
If you are enrolled in a subscription, your order will ship automatically based on your selected schedule. Processing times for subscription orders follow the same 1–3 business day timeline before shipment.
Please ensure your shipping address is up to date in your account prior to your renewal date to avoid delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear once your order has shipped.
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During holidays, promotions, and peak shopping periods, shipping carriers may experience delays. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates during these times, we recommend placing orders early whenever possible.
We’ll always communicate any known delays clearly and appreciate your understanding during busy seasons.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe an item is missing, please contact us at help@restorecollective.co within 7 days of delivery. Including photos of the packaging and item helps us resolve things quickly.
