Question: Can I send gift cards directly to the recipient?

Yes, please check the box above that says "I want to send this as a gift".

Question: Does the gift card expire?

Yes, the gift card will expire one year from the date of purchase.

Question: Do I have to spend the full amount of the gift card in one order?

No, if your gift card still has funds left after purchase, the remaining balance will stay on the card and can be used for future transactions until the expiration date.

Question: How can I check my gift card balance?

You can check your gift card balance by clicking the “View gift card balance” link in the email where your gift card was delivered. Once you click that link, you’ll be taken to a page where your remaining balance is displayed right at the top.

Question: How do I resend my gift card code?

Question: How long does it take for my virtual gift card to be emailed to me?

Virtual gift cards are emailed automatically right after checkout. You should receive it within a few minutes. If it hasn’t arrived, feel free to reach out ( help@restorecollective.co) and we’ll be happy to help!

Question: Can I use the gift card with other product credit codes?

Yes!
