Start with clean, dry skin (or use a bit of our renewal elixir as an added glow) and don't forget to apply sun protection! Our prime | protect does double duty to give clean mineral-based SPF 30 protection in a primer that feels like silk on your skin and helps your products going on flawless and last all day!

STEP TWO

blend + balance

Whether you choose to apply your skin | tint first as a light layer or start by color correcting with your balance shade, the next step is to bring light + dimension by thoughfully layering the skin | tint, bright | balance shades and your lift | bronze for the coverage level you're looking for!

glow + go

Next step? After blending, mix and match your seasonally curated colors wherever you like on your face! Our blush | balms work great to add a natural flush to your cheeks AND lips, and our eye | glow is meant for a simplified three step eyeshadow look, but also doubles as highlighter where you want extra shimmer. Finish off with brow | liner + mascara and be on your way!

what’s inside: your glow capsule decoded

  • skin | tint

    This satin-finish tint smooths and evens your skin tone for a natural base. Apply using the blend + go brush or your fingers for a quick, seamless finish.

  • bright | balance

    Bright (lighter of the two shades) lifts areas like under-eyes, while balance (darker of the two) corrects redness, darkness, or blemishes. Use the glow + go brush (large end to brighten + balance, small end for precision), or tap in with your finger.

  • lift | bronze

    Sculpt with one swipe under the cheekbone and one just above to add warmth and dimension. Blend with the blend + go brush or your fingertips for a soft, natural finish.

  • blush | balm

    Tap onto cheeks or lips for a dewy flush of color—think tint or stain, not full-coverage lipstick. Layer to build intensity, mix shades to customize, and optionally top with your favorite gloss (our lip | shine is coming soon!).

  • eye | glow

    Designed for a quick 3-step eye: use the shine (lightest shimmer) on the inner corners, brow bone, or as highlighter; the shade (matte) in your crease for definition; and the shimmer (frosty medium tone) tapped on the center of the lid to glow. Apply with the shade + go brush or your finger—fast, forgiving, and flattering

  • brow | liner

    Shape brows or define eyes with our soft powder formula, designed to match your hair roots for a natural finish. Apply with the line + go brush to fill, line, or detail—pomade version coming soon for even more definition and hold!

how to set up your capsule

Squeeze the sides of each refill envelope to gently release the magnetic tin into your hand—no tugging needed! Then pop each product into your capsule.

Not sure what goes where? Flip your capsule over to follow the layout diagram on the back for our recommended setup. Or, remove the inner divider (aka the "training wheels") to mix, match, and rearrange however you like. Your glow, your way—now and as you grow!

how long do the tins last?

Each tin is "smart sized" to last about 2–3 months with daily use. Why? We believe in keeping your makeup fresh and your shades current, so you’re always in rhythm with your reorder cycle. This helps you:

  • Avoid product waste or expired makeup
  • Stay consistent with clean brushes and fresh pigment
  • Easily restock what you actually use (no more half-used palettes collecting dust!)

And when you’re ready for more, we’ll be here with easy reorders or subscriptions to keep your glow going.

what if I don’t love a shade I received?

We want you to love every swipe. If a shade isn’t working for you, we make it easy to switch it out. You've got 30 days to return and 60 days to exchange your shades. Product must be gently used.

Simply email help@restorecollective.co to start a return or exchange. Our team will guide you through a quick and smooth process.

do I have to use your brushes?

Not at all—but we designed them to make your routine faster, easier, and more seamless. Each brush is paired with specific products to help you blend beautifully, even if you’re short on time or new to makeup. That said, your fingers work great too—especially for cream formulas. Use what you have and give ours a try if you want a more intentional application!

What’s the best way to apply each product?

The Glow Capsule is intentionally minimalist—but mighty! Here’s a quick overview:

  • skin | tint: Apply with your fingers or brush for a silky, even base.
  • bright | balance: Use the bright side to lift, and balance to correct spots like redness or darkness.
  • lift | bronze: Sculpt and warm up your face by applying under cheekbones and along the forehead.
  • cheek | lip: Tap onto cheeks and lips for a flush of color.
  • eye | glow: Use the lightest shade in the inner corner, the matte in the crease, and the shimmer on your lid.
  • brow | liner: Use an angled brush like our line + go to fill in brows and define your lash line.

can I reorder just the products I run out of?

Absolutely! Every tin is magnetic and refillable, which means you can reorder just what you need. Our system is designed for flexibility—refill individual tins, restock your whole Glow Capsule, or switch up shades seasonally.

oops—my palette cracked!

Oh no, friend—sadly, it happens. This first round of our palettes is beautiful but a little delicate, especially near the clear edge and hinge. If yours cracked, no worries at all—we’ve got you. Just email us at help@restorecollective.co and we’ll send you a fresh one.

We’re already working on a stronger, even-better version (because growth is what we do!). In the meantime, try to open and close your palette gently—no overextending as the mirror is a bit top heavy—so it stays happy as long as possible.

what if I want to add more than what fits in my capsule?

Great question! You can remove the inner "training wheels" divider and fit an extra row or two of our smart sized tins in any grid you like!

You can also add on a Go Capsule to fit any combo of one skin | tint (large square) or any combo of rectangular or smaller square tins to create your own on the go option!

You can also order an extra Glow Capsule as our Glow Bag is designed to hold two stacked together to give you options and room to grow!
