I elect to pay for the Digital Business Kit on a yearly basis. I authorize Restore Collective to automatically charge the payment method provided in this enrollment process for $150 in one year.  I understand that my cancellation of this authorization will result in the cancellation of my Partner Agreement. I understand that I may cancel this authorization at any time by going to the Restore Collective website or via my Partner Back-Office. I understand that if I wish to cancel this authorization or if I wish to change my payment method, I must notify the Company at least seven (7) days prior to my quarterly Digital Business Kit payment date.

I elect to pay for the Digital Business Kit on a quarterly (every three months) basis, with the first payment of $50 paid today and three additional payments of $50 every three months thereafter until paid in full ($200). I authorize Restore Collective to automatically charge the payment method provided in this enrollment process for the following three Quarterly Digital Business Kit payments of $50. I understand that this is a STANDING ORDER that will automatically expire following the fourth quarterly payment or until I cancel this authorization, or the Partner Agreement is cancelled, whichever happens first. I understand that my cancellation of this authorization will result in the cancellation of my Partner Agreement. I understand that I may cancel this authorization at any time by going to the Restore Collective website or via my Partner Back-Office. I understand that if I wish to cancel this authorization or if I wish to change my payment method, I must notify the Company at least seven (7) days prior to my quarterly Digital Business Kit payment date.
