Email Consent. I consent to the receipt of promotional and other communications to the email address that I provided during this transaction. I understand that I may opt out of receiving such emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email communicationsthat I receive from Restore Collective.

I understand that Restore Collective does not guarantee financial success and I certify that nobody has assured me that my Restore Collective independent business will be profitable.

The Partner Agreement does not go into effect unless and until it is accepted by Restore Collective and a Digital Business Toolkit subscription is selected (annual or quarterly payments in the next step of enrollment). If accepted, I will receive a confirmation email from Restore Collective. I understand that the term of the Agreement is one year from its acceptance by Restore Collective unless previously terminated or cancelled as provided in the Policies & Procedures. In order to renew the Partner Agreement, I must pay a renewal fee. The annual or quarterly anniversary/renewal date shall be the date on which this Partner Application and Agreement is accepted by Restore Collective.

Automatic Renewal. I authorize Restore Collective to automatically charge the payment method provided in this enrollment process for my applicable (annual or quarterly) renewal fee, called the Digital Business Toolkit. I understand that this is a STANDING ORDER that will remain in effect until I cancel this authorization, or the Partner Agreement is cancelled. I understand that I may cancel this authorization at any time at the Restore Collective Website or via my Partner Back-Office. I understand that Restore Collective will notify me approximately 30 days prior to the scheduled charging of my payment method and that if I do not wish to renew or if I wish to change my payment method, I must notify the Company at least seven (7) days prior to such annual or quarterly renewal date.
