Looking to make a return or exchange? Follow the simple steps below to get started!
Our return policy is 30 days from date of purchase. Our exchange policy is 90 days from date of purchase. If for any reason a Restore Collective product that you purchase for your own personal use does not meet your expectations, you may contact the Customer Service Department at help@restorecollective.co (or complete the form below) within 30 days of the date of purchase to request a full refund or replacement or within 90 days for an exchange.
This refund policy is not applicable to closeouts, Sales Tools, business supplies, and Digital Business Kits. If a product that you receive is damaged, you may exchange it for a new product. There is no need to return the damaged product. Contact the Customer Service Department to initiate the exchange process. This exchange policy is applicable to Sales Tools and business supplies but is not applicable to closeouts or Digital Business Kits.
*Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping costs when returning unwanted items. In the case of a valid warranty claim, shipping costs will be covered.

3. Processing & Confirmation
After we receive your return we’ll process your refund or exchange within a few days. You’ll get an email confirmation once complete.
