step 1: choose your products
Go to the detail page of any skincare item and makeup refills to see your subscription options. If a product is eligible, you will see a "Loyalty Club+" option on the page.
step 2: choose your subscription frequency
You can select to receive your product/s every 2 months, 3 months, or 4 months. You can select different frequencies for each product.
step 3: checkout with your new subscription items
Add your select products and frequencies to the cart and complete the checkout process.

How do I select my 50% off product?
After you place your first subscription order, you will receive an email notifying you that you earned a reward. When you login to manage your subscription your reward will displayed at the top of your subscription page. You can add the product to ship with your next subscription order.
Please note the items offered to you will change based on the number of subscriptions that have shipped. Each shipment offers you an opportunity for discounted rewards.
Can I choose whatever I want for my 50% off item?
You will get to choose from a curated group of items each time. The longer you’re in Loyalty Club+, the more generous the rewards become.
What if I forget to redeem my 50% off product?
If you forget to redeem your 50% off product, you can add it to your next subscription order. They are stackable and saved in your subscription portal.
What are the benefits of loyalty club+?
At this time, loyalty club+ offers 50% off a selection of products added to each subsequent subscription purchase. Stay tuned for more exciting additions!
If I put multiple things in my cart at checkout and sign up for Loyalty club+ for multiple items, do I get multiple 50% off gifts or just one?
If you add multiple Loyalty Club+ items to your cart and check out once, that counts as one transaction and earns one gift.
If those items ship at different times (because they have different delivery frequencies), each transaction/shipment counts separately and earns its own gift.
Example:
If you sign up for bright | balance (every 2 months) and renewal elixir (every 3 months) in one checkout, you’ll earn a gift each time an item transacts/ships.
An easy way to remember it: every time a Loyalty Club+ order transacts/ships, you’ll receive an email to choose a new gift, which will ship with your next Loyalty Club+ delivery.
Your gifts do not have to be redeemed right away and can be found in your subscription portal.
