how much is shipping?

Customers in the United States: Free shipping on orders $150+ and orders under $150 is a flat rate of $7 per order. 

Customers in Canada: Free shipping on orders $150+ and orders under $150 is a flat rate of $15 per order. 

Note: For Partner and Advocates, this excludes items under the "swag edit". Those items are shipped individually and charged shipping by item. Shipping rates for these items vary by weight and location.

how do I complete a return from Canada?

1. Request a Return or Exchange
- Fill out and submit the simple form on our returns + exchanges page. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days letting you know we've received your request. *times may vary due to holidays
2. Prepay Your Duties
- As of August 29, 2025 Canada Post states that "duties must be paid before sending items to the United States. A Declaration ID is required indicating duties have been prepaid."
- Download the free Zonos Prepay app, available for iOS and Android devices in the Apple or Google Play stores, to create a Declaration ID and pay duties before visiting the post office. A web version is available at app.zonosprepay.com.
- Visit canadapost.ca/newUSduties for more details on U.S. sending requirements.

- Tip: Remember to still complete your customs form at canadapost.ca/customs or in the Canada Post app. This information is also required to complete your shipment.
3. Ship it Back
- Pack the item securely with the return/exchange form and customs form included.

4. Processing & Confirmation
After we receive your return we’ll process your refund or exchange within a few days. You’ll get an email confirmation once complete.

Yes. Every formula is made with intention- clean, tested, and designed to deliver results without compromise. All of our products are made in the USA and formulated to meet or exceed European Union clean beauty standards, which ban over 1,300 harmful ingredients (compared to only 11 in the U.S.). You’ll find full ingredient lists and transparency on every product page.

what is an advocate?

An Advocate is someone who shares and promotes Restore Collective with others. Whether that’s through social media, one-on-one conversations, or hosting Beauty Lab Experiences. Advocates earn rewards through our affiliate-style program by referring customers and sharing the products they love. It’s a simple, flexible way to be part of the mission without needing to build a full business.

what is a partner?

A Partner is a leader within Restore Collective who builds a customer community and mentors a team of Advocates or other Partners. They’re committed to growing a purposeful business, earning commissions, and making a long-term impact. Partners have access to exclusive training, deeper mentorship, and the opportunity to scale their influence and income—while staying rooted in service and simplicity.

is this one of “those” pyramid things?

Nope! We're more like a beautiful oak tree- deeply rooted, built to grow, and made to support others. Every person matters here, and success doesn’t come from being first, it comes from showing up and serving well.

do I have to sell to be involved?

Not at all. You can simply shop, earn rewards, and be part of the community. If you love the products and want to share, we have flexible ways to do that, whether casually or as a business.

what if I'm not connected to a Partner or Advocate yet? Can I still shop or join?

To checkout your shopping cart or to join as a Restore Collective Partner or Advocate, you will need to be connected to an existing Partner or Advocate. If you are not connected, connect with one of our Founding Partner Mentors to get connected.

what kind of support will I get if I join as a partner?

You’ll get access to onboarding, mentorship, easy-to-use tools, and a community of people cheering you on. Whether you're just starting out or ready to scale, we’ve built systems to support you every step of the way.

is there a minimum purchase or requirement to stay active?

No monthly minimums required to keep your account open. Our model is designed to be flexible and sustainable- so you can grow at your own pace, without pressure.


when do products expire?

All of Restore's products have a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture.
