when should I book my hotel room?


You’re welcome to book your hotel room anytime between now and June 30. Just a heads-up that the room block could fill up before then, so earlier is always a safe bet.

can I upgrade to a VIP registration ticket after I purchase a general registration ticket?

Yes, if there are still VIP tickets remaining you can upgrade by emailing help@restorecollective.co.

can registration tickets be transferred?

Yes, you will have the opportunity for 1 time transfer until June 15, 2026 @ 11:59 pm EST.

can registration tickets be refunded?

Yes, tickets may be refunded until May 31, 2026  @11:59 pm EST. Please email help@restorecollective.co for a refund.

can I add a Guest Registration later?

Yes, you can add a guest at any time before May 31st 11:59 pm EST

is childcare included?

Childcare is not included. However, we will have childcare on site for a fee. Exact rates will depend on the number of children registered, but will likely by about $20 per child per hour. See the above agenda for times childcare will be offered. We will send out childcare rates in early May.

what is included with the paid guest?

In addition to the welcome reception and pool party, paid guests will get to attend all general training and breakout sessions.

what does the hotel have to offer?

Relax and drift down the Lazy River in the Florida sunshine, slide down the waterslide and wade in the water, or cool off in the Waldorf pool! is there a discount on Disney tickets?

Yes, you will receive a special link that gets you up to 20% off Disney tickets. Specially priced date-based theme park tickets are available 7 Days Before, During, and 7 Days After Elevate.

We will email a unique booking code via email to all Elevate registrants in May.

how many people can sleep in a room?

Rooms max out at 4 adults; you can request connecting rooms, if needed, on the booking link under “Additional Requests”

how much is parking at the hotel?

The valet parking fee is $60 per day plus applicable taxes. Overnight guests have in/out privileges. The self-parking fee is $40 per day plus applicable taxes.
